Art has the power to heal and inspire. For two years, I had the profound honor of participating as an artist in the Twist Out Cancer, Brushes With Cancer Fall 2024 and 2025 programs. This incredible initiative thoughtfully matches artists with brave cancer survivors, previvors, or caregivers ("Inspirations") to create a unique piece of art that tells their story of hope and resilience. I had the privilege of meeting two incredible individuals whose journeys I translated into visual form. This deeply meaningful experience fulfilled my soul, and I am proud to share the custom artwork and the stories behind these projects below.
